Data on your board belongs to you. You are responsible for the content on the board. Board content is deleted after each Doxy.me session.

Limnu may look at aggregate board data to continue to improve our product.
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using Limnu whiteboards (the "Service") operated by Limnu, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.
Our Service allows you to post, link,, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content on or through the Service, You represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) that the posting of your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity. We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone found to be infringing on a copyright.
You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for Content you or any third party posts on or through the Service. However, by posting Content using the Service you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.
In addition, Content found on or through this Service are the property of Limnu, Inc. or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.
While using the Service, you agree not to:
If you fail to comply with the above rules, such failure will constitute a violation of these Terms, and in addition to any other rights or remedies we may have, we may immediately terminate your access to and use of the Service.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Limnu, Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Limnu, Inc.. You may not reverse engineer or reuse Limnu’s proprietary technology.
Your use of the Service is as a single licensee. You may not resell all or part of the Service without prior written consent. Providers that want to embed all or part of Limnu in their own app or software may visit www.drawlala.com/api for more information.
Our Service may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Limnu, Inc..
Limnu, Inc. has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.
You acknowledge and agree that Limnu, Inc. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third party web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third party web sites or services that you visit.
We may terminate, bar or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your use of Limnu, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Limnu, Inc. and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.
In no event shall Limnu, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Limnu, Inc. its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you. If one or more of the provisions in these terms are deemed void by law, then the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
Limnu is committed to respecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your data. As such, this privacy policy is meant to help you understand what information Limnu collects about you, and how it is used.
We may collect information about you directly from you and from third parties, as well as automatically through your use of Limnu.
When you, or your collaborators, use a Limnu whiteboard within the Doxy.me platform, Doxy.me provides Limnu with your Doxy.me screen name. This is the name used to identify you to your collaborators on the whiteboard. No other personal information is required or requested by Limnu.
Our servers automatically record data about your connection to Limnu. This may include the following data about your use of Limnu through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies: your domain name; your browser type and operating system; web pages you view; links you click; your IP address; the length of time you visit our Site and or use our Services; and the referring URL, or the webpage that led you to our Site, and the following: access time, browser type, domain name, IP address, page views and referring URL.
We also store information about the device you use to connect to Limnu. This may include data such as what type of device you are using, the operating system running on the device, your configuration of the device, unique device identifiers, and crash data.
We keep track of how you use Limnu. This includes what boards you have drawn on, and what features you use on the board.
Limnu may receive information from partners or others that we could use to make our own information better or more useful. This might be aggregate level information about which IP addresses go with which zip codes
The Limnu service itself requires much of this information to operate. Limnu uses the information to identify who you are to your collaborators and to allow you to create new drawings and messages.
Limnu also uses the information to improve our products by learning how you use the product. This data allows us to make Limnu easier to use, as well as provide new functionality. This policy is not intended to prohibit the disclosure and use of aggregated or de-identified data.
Limnu uses the data to identify and prevent misuse, abuse, and fraud.
If you send us feedback, we may use your information to respond to your comments or provide support if it has been requested.
There are times when communications and related content and other user information may be shared by Limnu. This section discusses only how Limnu may share user information. Organizations that use Limnu may have their own policies for sharing and disclosure of information they can access through Limnu.
When we have your consent or if we believe that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety, rights, or property of the public, any person, or Limnu; or to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues. If we receive a legal or law enforcement request for information we will do our best to notify the subject of the request if we are able.
We may employ third party companies or individuals to process personal information on our behalf based on our instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy. For example, we may share data with a security consultant to help us get better at preventing unauthorized access. We may also share data with hosting providers, payment processors, marketing vendors, and other consultants who work on our behalf and under contractual promises of confidentiality.
If we are acquired by or merged with another company, if substantially all of our assets are transferred to another company, or as part of a bankruptcy proceeding, we may transfer the information we have collected from you to the other company.
We may also share aggregated or non-personally identifiable information with our partners or others for business or research purposes. For example, we may tell a prospective Limnu customer about aggregated statistics involving use of the Limnu service, including things like bandwidth, number of boards per average user, amount drawn per average user, and so forth.We may also partner with research firms or academics to explore interesting questions about communications. This policy is not intended to prohibit the disclosure and use of aggregated or de-identified data.
We use cookies (and other tracking technologies such as web beacons and other forms of client-side storage, but we’ll just call them all “cookies” here) to track information about your use of Limnu. We may combine this information with other personal information we collect from you. Cookies are identifiers that we transfer to your computer for record-keeping purposes. Some cookies allow us to make it easier for you to navigate Limnu, while others allow us to track your activities on whiteboards.
There are two types of cookies: session and persistent cookies. Session cookies exist only during an online session. They disappear from your computer when you close your browser or turn off your computer. Persistent cookies remain on your computer after you have closed your browser or turned off your computer.
We use cookies to allow our systems to uniquely identify you. This allows us to process your online transactions and requests. We also use cookies to track aggregate and statistical information about user activity.
We may also engage third parties to track and analyze Limnu data at the aggregate level. We use the data collected by such third parties to help us administer and improve the quality of Limnu and to analyze usage. Such third parties may combine the information that we provide about you with other information that they have collected. This policy does not cover such third parties' use of the data.
Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but if you prefer, you can edit your browser options to block them in the future. The Help portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your computer from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Limnu users who disable cookies may find that some Limnu features may not function correctly or at all.
We use automated devices and applications, such as Google Analytics, to evaluate usage of Limnu. We also may use other analytic means to evaluate our services. We use these tools to help us improve our services, performance and user experiences. We do not share your personal information with these third parties. Limnu takes reasonable steps to protect information you provide to us as part of your use of Limnu from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure. When you enter sensitive information (such as uploading a file on your board) we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal data submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no electronic or email transmission or digital storage mechanism is ever fully secure or error free.
You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your Doxy.me password, phone, and computer by, among other things, signing off after using a shared computer, choosing a robust password that nobody else knows or can easily guess, and keeping your log-in and password private. We are not responsible for any activity on your board via unauthorized password activity.
No personal information is provided to Limnu except for your screen name and the content you add or upload to your whiteboard. You can change the screen name by updating your name on Doxy.me.
The whiteboard enables you and your collaborators to type, draw or upload content onto the whiteboard. It is up to you to ensure that no sensitive or confidential information (other than that which your collaborators are allowed to see) is written on or uploaded to the whiteboard.
Conversely, it is up to your collaborators to ensure that there is no sensitive or confidential information written on, or uploaded to, the whiteboard prior to agreeing to use the whiteboard.
Any health or other sensitive information you share with a collaborator on the whiteboard is encrypted over a secure channel using the SSL Internet protocol. Limnu will not view content on your whiteboard unless invited to do so in order to troubleshoot an issue with the whiteboard. All whiteboard content is deleted after your whiteboard session.
Limnu will occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our software and/or products and customer feedback. When we post changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "last revised" date at the top of the Privacy Policy. You agree that your continued use of Limnu after notice shall constitute your acceptance of the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to be informed of how Limnu is collecting, using, and protecting your information.
